Глава городского округа Владимир Ружицкий, начальник управления благоустройства Люберецкой администрации Александр Проворов, генеральный директор ОАО «Люберецкий городской жилищный трест» Мамед Азизов, руководитель Люберецкой «Службы 112» Виталий Богданов, другие официальные лица проверили готовность к работе Единой диспетчерской службы (ЕДС), которая теперь будет действовать на весь округ.

«На самом деле Единая диспетчерская служба действует уже больше года. Мы ее апробировали, операторы прошли период обучения. Главной ее задачей было сокращение времени выполнения заявок жителей, повышение качества и контроля по предоставлению услуг в жилищно-коммунальном комплексе.
Если раньше действие службы распространялось только на город Люберцы, то теперь – практически на весь округ. С рядом управляющих компаний подписано соглашение о взаимодействии. В ближайшее время подключатся управляющие компании Краскова, Томилина.
